Reviews and Ratings
The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. While the apartment had good space for a short stay, various amenities were not functioning well. The pool area was lacking basic facilities like towels, which made it less enjoyable. The reduced price was attractive, but I wouldn't feel comfortable paying full price given my experience.
My stay was a mixed bag. The apartment was nice and had decent amenities, but noise from nearby construction ruined my sleep. The location was superb for NYE festivities. Despite the pricing hike for the occasion, I appreciated the quick and streamlined check-in process, though I had experienced service issues in the past that left me disappointed. Overall, the facilities were good, but my experiences varied greatly, so I’d suggest checking if units face the construction site before booking.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a lifesaver after a last-minute cancellation from another place. The apartment was perfect for our hens weekend, with delightful staff who made check-in a breeze. The location was fantastic, making it easy for us to explore the city. One downside was that the amenities could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The apartments are overall clean and tidy, although they show some wear and tear. While the location is convenient with great access to the city and eateries, noise from the street and construction work made it difficult to relax. The service was underwhelming, especially considering the charges for basic items.
During my recent business trip to Brisbane, I enjoyed a central location that made it easy to explore nearby eateries along the river. The staff was pleasant throughout my stay, and my room was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. However, my friends’ stay wasn’t as fortunate, as they faced issues with air conditioning and noise from construction, making it hard for them to sleep. Overall, while I had a pleasant stay, I can understand some of the frustrations from others.
